The St. Paddy’s Day Dash kicks off the Dallas Mavs St. Patrick’s Day Festival on March 11, 2023. This 5K starts at 8 a.m. and concludes with an 8:30 a.m. after-party and 8:45 a.m. awards ceremony. Participants can enjoy an abundance of exciting perks, including access to the Yuengling Flight Beer Garden, a meet-and-greet with Jason the Lucky Leprechaun, and a donut-eating contest. You can choose from timed or untimed races.

The annual Dallas Mavs St. Patrick’s Day Parade will start at 11 a.m. on Blackwell Street, head down Greenville Avenue, and end at 2 p.m. at SMU Boulevard. While the parade is a great central focus for the event, it’s far from the only thing you can enjoy. There will be tailgating parties, a family zone, and more. The festival fun starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. The official concert at Energy Square will feature The Toadies and offer live music from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you’re looking for a prime place to enjoy the parade, you can reserve a spot in the Ozona parking lot and join their patio party. VIP spaces allow guests to set up the night before to enjoy a full day of holiday fun. Once the parade ends, Ozona will kick off with a full band to keep the party going. Oak’d BBQ will host Backhand Sally for their St. Patrick’s Day Party, where you can set up chairs and watch the parade.
