  1. Oak Highland Brewing Beer Pairing

On Thursday, November 1 from 7 to 10 p.m., the Oak Highland Brewing Beer Pairing takes place at Communion Neighborhood Cooperative. You’ll join others in a roundtable experience where you’ll get to see and taste delicious food from chef Tim Cox and his team. They will serve four different courses, and each course will have the appropriate beer paired with it. Tickets are $75 for those who are interested in this culinary event.

  1. JAG Metals 350

On November 2 at 7:30 p.m., JAG Metals 350 takes over the Texas Motor Speedway. This race is a great way to spend Friday night as you watch some of the best young race stars have a shot at the title. Children who are 12 and under are free, and tickets for adults are between $25 and $70 depending on where your seat is.
Watch the action from your seat or head to the Busch Restart Bar to have prime viewing of the start and finish line and turn four. You’ll be able to sit outside while you have a drink, play games, or watch the event on television.

  1. Halloween Party

Who says Halloween just has to be celebrated on October 31? Not Another Halloween Party III is a chance to celebrate all weekend long. It’s not a regular Halloween party, as it celebrates the spirit of Día de los Muertos. It’s encouraged to wear a costume, and body and face painters will be there to help you get into the spirit as well. This party takes place all weekend long starting on November 2.
There will be over 40 DJs, live bands, live hip-hop, art, and vendors. Don’t miss the 100-foot fire circle and watch as the fire dances to the music. The party begins at 6 p.m. on Friday and goes until Sunday night. Ticket prices vary from $20 to $50 depending on how early you buy them.

  1. USA Sports Analytics & Technology Conference

On November 15, the USA Sports Analytics & Technology Conference takes place at Briscoe Carpenter Center for an all-day event starting at 8:30 a.m. This is the premier place for industry executives and professionals who want to learn more about what role analytics and data play when it comes to the American sports industry. There will be hundreds of people there from various fields of analytics, sports tech, business, marketing, and more. You’ll learn from some of the best at this educational and fun day.
When you’re looking for something to do this November in Dallas, you won’t run out of ideas with everything that’s going on. Sports analytics will love the conference just for them, and party-goers can continue their Halloween celebrations into November.
