Hub Streat
Hub Streat, located on East 14th Street, is a favorite spot for locals to enjoy drinks and great food. Come by Wednesday through Friday from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. until 11 p.m., or on Sunday from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. On the weekends, guests can enjoy happy hour specials from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. until 10 p.m. Don’t miss out on their daily specials with deals like $1 wings on Wednesdays, free kids meals on Saturdays, and bottomless mimosas on Sundays.
There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and Hub Streat is a dog-friendly place, so guests are encouraged to bring their furry buddies and enjoy a meal outside. The outdoor eating areas feature yard games like corn hole for a super fun time. Start out with a charcuterie board to whet your appetite before diving into some menu favorites like their hand-crafted burgers, wood-fired pizzas, and tacos.

Sit out on the patio or in the comfy oyster-bar style shack. The covered patio area will make you feel like you’re enjoying fish at the beach. The Fish Shack menu features lots of classic dishes like po’boy sandwiches, boiled crab legs, and fried catfish filets. Kids are welcome and will enjoy options like fried shrimp, chicken fingers, and fries.

Lockhart Smokehouse

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a small celebration, Urban Crust offers areas for private parties with reservations.
Urban Crust’s wood-fired pies are unique and delicious. You can create your own pizza by simply choosing the size and toppings you want. They offer almost everything you can imagine putting on a pizza, so let your creativity lead you. A few signature pies worth trying include the Black & Blue, topped with wood-fired sirloin steak, baby portobello mushrooms, bleu cheese, and caramelized onions, and the Urban Amore made with fig preserves, goat cheese, prosciutto di Parma, baby arugula, and aged balsamic vinegar. Don’t forget to order a drink from their impressive list of house cocktails, wine, and beer.
 
EBESU
EBESU, a modern Japanese bistro, is the best local spot for sushi, sashimi, robata, and more. Guests are welcome for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. during the week and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Lunch is available for takeout on the weekends, as well, and it’s made easy with online ordering.
Start off your meal with some garlic oyster edamame, spicy fried prawns, and a good drink. EBESU offers a long list of different types of Japanese beer, sake, shochu, and whiskey. If you’ve never tried Japanese spirits, opt for a Japanese cocktail to start. Entrees range from noodle dishes to robata grilled items and much more. Try their matcha tiramisu for dessert for a totally Japanese-inspired meal from start to finish.
